Changeist was co-commissioned by the United Nations Development Program to define, design, implement and extend a global platform for collecting and developing signals and trends for use by UN experts, staff and partners in strategy, policy and program design. This project was carried out with strategic design unit Smithery.
Designed organizational processes for signal collection and curation, collective sensemaking, and strategy application. Managed research sprints for sustainable finance moonshot, Human Development Report Office, and pan-African horizon scanning.
